Saturday 9: School Daze

1. Do you have children in school?
>>>She just had her crossing over ceremony last friday and was awarded as the "Inquisitive Learner" of the class. She will be in bigschool as K1 in June =)

2. Did you go to public school? If you have children did/do they?
>>>Yes. And I am so damn proud of it! Went to the country's premiere state university for College.

3. Are you currently in school or taking classes?
>>>If the online university of my company would count, yes I am.

4. What level of education have you completed?
>>>Bachelors degree

5. Do you, or did you have loans out for your (or your children's) education?
>>>Yes, in college I applied for student loan =)

6. What are your thoughts on the cost of tuition for colleges and universities?
>>>I don't mind paying much if my daughter gets the best education. We are preparing for her college tuition fee as early as now!

7. Did school prepare you education wise for working in the real world?
>>>Yes. I learned the ropes in UP.

8. Did school prepare you emotionally for what lay ahead?
>>>Yes! I learned how to be fiercely independent in college because I was literally fending for myself.

9. If you were to run a high school, what changes would you make?
>>>None. I lived life to the fullest in high school (except for boys because I wasn't allowed to date yet) and I want L to experience the same (sans boys ha!)
