saved actions.

Lizzie is growing up too fast and I regret it so much that we don't get to document her milestones, smilestones and what nots through a camcorder. Before I gave birth to her, my husband was asking me if I wanted one but because I am more of a photo enthusiast, I deemed it best to get a nice digital camera instead. It's only now that I am realizing the advantages of having a camcorder. And after paying off our SLR, I am really bent in getting one especially now that we are working on baby # 2. Yeeeha!!

wakeboarding anyone?

my little girl

The little girl was sick the entire of last week. We were in and out of her pediatrician's clinic because at first, they couldn't detect what's causing her high fever for 3 days. Her main pedia said that it was just a simple upper respiratory infection which was normal because of the weather and can be cured with some paracetamol. After a few days, we had to go back and consult her other pedia only to find out that the main cause of the fever were some mouth sores found! Alas, that was it! She gave her some medicines to cure the mouth sores and now after a few days, the little girl is back to her bubble self. Happy happy joy joy as I can now concentrate on reading some testimonials about rv parks and how great it is!

back to regular programming

...hopefully with more updates and entries. The past few weeks have been toxic for me. What will all the pending tasks that I need to finish up at work adding the fact that I was out for a few days so it kinda piled up before me. Hay!

I let my houshelp go today. I had to because she can't keep her word. We have given her a chance a little over a month ago and took her word that she will keep her promised date of return whenever she goes home on her days off. But she did it again. So, I was forced to just let her go and look for a replacement. I just hope that we can get one soon.

My daughter's yaya is my all around assistant right now. Thanks to her, life is a little lighter for me. She cooked dinner so I got the chance to open my laptop and blog a little. This is the reason of this spur of the moment update. Also, I have to check some reviews on http://www.dietpill.net/phenphedrine.php for my brother in the province. He has been asking me to help him out researching on this since last week but I havent had the time to do so. Until today.

offline.

With a little time, and a little more insight, we begin to see both ourselves and our enemies in humbler profiles. We are not really as innocent as we felt when we were first hurt. And we do not usually have a gigantic monster to forgive; we have a weak, needy, and somewhat stupid human being. When you see your enemy and yourself in the weakness and silliness of the humanity you share, you will make the miracle of forgiving a little easier.
-- Lewis B. Smedes

Will be away for the rest of the week, be back on Monday. Happy Easter Everyone!!

off to the province..

We will be leaving for my hometown tomorrow morning. Hubby wants to leave as early as we can (probably 4 am) because he doesn't want to experience the horrible traffic in SLEX. This means that I have to be heading to the groceries now, buy a few more stuff for our trip, go home and start to pack. Good thing that we have finished packing the clothes of the little girl otherwise it will be total riot tonight. I have yet to pack the good stuff though heee.

I'm out of here. Will see you all soon. Meanwhile, let me continue on with my research on Mesothelioma. This has been a topic in the office since last week and I have yet learn more about it.

Happy Easter everyone!

Be Patient.

This is a true story which happened in the States. A man came out of his home to admire his new truck. To his puzzlement, his three-year-old son was happily hammering dents into the shiny paint of the truck. The man ran to his son, knocked him away, hammered the little boy's hands into pulp as punishment. When the father calmed down, he rushed his son to the hospital.

Although the doctor tried desperately to save the crushed bones, he finally had to amputate the fingers from both the boy's hands. When the boy woke up from the surgery & saw his bandaged stubs, he innocently said, " Daddy,I'm sorry about your truck." Then he asked, "but when are my fingers going to grow back?" The father went home & committed
suicide.

Think about this story the next time someone steps on your feet or u wish to take revenge. Think first before u lose your patience with someone u love. Trucks can be repaired.. Broken bones & hurt feelings often can't. Too often we fail to recognize the difference between the person and the performance. We forget that forgiveness is greater than revenge.

People make mistakes. We are allowed to make mistakes. But the actions we take while in a rage will haunt us forever.

Saturday 9 - Organize this

1. Are you an organized person? I am generally an organized person but sometimes, I enjoy working amidst clutter and chaos.

2. What is one thing about your home that has to be just so or it drives you crazy when it comes to organization? My bedroom should have a look the way I want it. If something is changed, I throw a fit. LOL.

5. Where is your favorite place to buy organizational needs? At the bookstore.

delayed vacation

Guess what? My folks won't be coming home until the middle of May. This is because mom had to undergo some tests mainly due to her diabetes. In a way, I am sad that they don't get to spend the Holy Week with us but on the other hand, happy and relieved that she has finally decided to have herself checked up by specialists in the US. This is actually what I want about living in the US -- their benefits are awesome. My parent's doesn't need to pay a single centavo for medication plus they have excellent social security disability benefits. is a leading nationwide provider of financial and healthcare related services to people with disabilities. Since 1984, Allsup has helped more than 110,000 people receive their entitled Social Security Disability Insurance and Medicare benefits.

Lucky ones, aye?
